Under order 7 rule 11 the linitation period is 3 months however it can be invalid if plaintiff fails to provide a reasonable explanation for the delay - A complaint launched after 3 months _without a reasonable reason_ is likely *not considered valid*. - Courts typically assess if sufficient cause for delay is shown; absence of it often leads to dismissal.
